This invitation applies to EGPA members only

We are pleased to invite you to the European LGBT Police Association (EGPA) Conference 2026, taking place in Amsterdam from the 29th of July until the 1st of August 2026.

This is a pre-registration process, and all submissions will be reviewed by the EGPA General Board. Please note that pre-registration is mandatory for anyone who wishes to participate in the conference. Selected participants will receive a final confirmation. Please ensure to submit your pre-registration by the 16th of March 2026.

Conference Details
The conference will consist of the following events:

• Festive evening opening on 29 July 2026
• Congress days at 30 & 31 July 2026
• Participation in Amsterdam Canal Parade on 1 August 2026

Participation Fee
The participation fee is €200, - which includes:

• Single room accommodation (including breakfast)
• A festive opening event on 29 July
• Two congress days on 30 and 31 July including lunch
• A ceremonial closing dinner on 31 July
• Participation at Amsterdam Canal Parade

Annual General Meeting (AGM)
General Board members only

In addition to the conference program, General Board members are expected to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 29th of July 2026 at HUB50, Van Deventerlaan 50, 3528 AE Utrecht.

• Please be aware that the AGM will be held in Utrecht and not in Amsterdam
• Please be aware that a pre-stay night is not included
• Please be aware that we provide a one-way transfer from HUB50 to the conference location

We recommend Holiday Inn Express Utrecht – Papendorp as hotel for a pre-stay night, as this hotel is within walking distance of the HUB50. By clicking on this link, you will be directed to the website of the hotel we recommend.

 

Important Note

Please note that the organisation is unable to facilitate additional overnight stays or pre-stay nights, nor are we able to arrange this on your behalf. Any extra costs incurred, including for extended accommodation, will be the responsibility of the participant.

Please do not book your transport to Amsterdam before you received a final confirmation of your participation. The organisation cannot guarantee your participation before the general board reviewed all submissions.

Please note that the primary language of the conference will be English.
